Obituary of Roger Williams

Roger Dale Williams, age 44, of Ocala, FL passed away on Friday, April 9, 2010. He was born in Winamac, IN on October 1, 1965. He was raised in Ocala and joined the US Coast Guard and served six years. Roger was of the Presbyterian faith. His hobbies included playing music, collecting antique beer cans, coaching youth sports and hanging out at the beach. He was a lifelong Buccaneer football fanatic. He was a member of the Micanopy Masonic Lodge. Roger worked at Lockheed-Martin as a Parts Inspector. He is survived by his wife of 24 years Tina L. Williams of Ocala; son Robin Williams of Ocala; son Austin Williams of Ocala; mother Zandra Williams of Ocala; brother Rod (Elise) Williams of Ocala; sister Heather Williams of DeMotte, IN; sister in law Sherri (Tito) Perez of Tampa; sister in law Vicky Todd of Ocala; sister in law Denise (Greg) Guynn of Ocala; brother in law Dennis (Pam) Jackson of Ocala; uncle William (Marilyn) Highland of Sarasota; many cousins, nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, from Noon until 1:00pm. A funeral service will also be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 1:00pm. Interment with military honors and a Masonic service will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Ocala.
