Obituary of Jimmy Cretul

Mr. Jimmy Cretul, 58, of Summerfield, died Sunday, May 2, 2010 at his residence. A native of Trenton, Michigan, he moved to this area 42 years ago, coming here from Taylor, Michigan. He graduated from Ocala High School in 1970, and went on to get his Bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida. Jimmy was an automotive auctioneer, and did auctions for various area charities. His survivors include his wife Rose, sons David of Gainesville and Daniel of Ocala, his father George, Ocala, brothers Larry and Bob, both of Ocala, and his sister Nancy Jones of Sandy, Oregon. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, May 6, 2010, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, with Pastor Alan Eastin officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Park, 1515 NE 3rd Street, Ocala.
