Obituary of Thomas William Brock

Thomas William Brock, Jr, 69 of Fanning Springs passed away May 15, 2010 at the Haven Hospice of the Tri Counties in Chiefland. Born in Benton, TN he moved to this area from Harrisburg, PA in 2003. During his working career, he worked for Coca Cola, Pepsi Co. and LB Smith Ford Company. He served his country in the US Army. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and eating cornbread fritters. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Margaret Brock of Fanning Springs, son, Thomas W. (Maureen) Brock, III of Ft. Mill, SC, daughter Barbara Ann (Tim) Pickle of Dunn Cannon, PA, Sisters, Ann Brock of Fanning Springs, Novanna Tomilison of Trenton, Martha Jean Healy and Donna Brock, both from Fanning Springs, brothers, Billy Ray Brock of Mineral Wells, TX, Guy Madison Brock of Trenton and John Brock of Cleveland, TN, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by sisters, Martha Ann Sapp and Gail Lavane Sapp and brothers, Jackie David Brock and Tony Truman Brock. Memorial services will be Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services in Chiefland with Pastor Carl Chauncey officiating.
