Where has the time gone, and why now does it seem to have gone by so quickly? I was blessed many years ago to have met Mrs. Ferrucci when becoming friends with her son, Vinny, (around the 1970-1971 time.). It was always such a pleasure to visit the Ferruccis' home, where there was always a warm greeting, an open door and plenty of conversations and laughter. Sadly, years later contact was lost, with moves of many miles distance. It's at times like now that you realize your losses, and wish for more time.... and more conversations. A passage from the book of James in the Bible says "For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away". Perhaps this is true of our physical lives, but the memories of Mrs. Ferrucci could and will never be forgotten in this lifetime and into future generations. Thank you, Mrs. Ferrucci, for being the caring mother who always made all of Vinnies' friends so welcome and happy to know and love you. You're in our Fathers hands now. May there be many blessings for you and your family.
