Obituary of Ida Spong

Ida Spong, 79, passed away on June 11, 2010 at Munroe Regional Medical Center. She was born in Hempfield Township, PA and was a retired secretary for the American Red Cross. Mrs. Spong moved from Greensburg, PA in 1997 and was a member of the Joy Lutheran Church in Ocala. She enjoyed music, needlepoint, her family, grandchildren and church. Mrs. Spong leaves behind her husband, George Spong, of Ocala, two sons Gerald Spong (Jean Zedek), of Utah and Keith Spong (Terri DeMario) of Inverness, FL, five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
