Obituary of Frances M. Martin

Frances M. "Fran" Martin Frances "Fran" Martin, 59, died Saturday June 12, 2010. Mrs. Martin was born in Kingsport, Tenn. She was a licensed funeral director and location manager for Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages; and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, William J.; daughter, Brooke Jordan, Beverly Hills; son, Brian Street, Jacksonville; stepdaughters Cindy Kerschinger, Stafford, Texas, Wendy Long, Boerne, Texas, Traci Nelson, Birmingham, MI; stepson, Gary Martin, Spring, Texas; brothers David Osborne, Stafford, Va, Marcus Osborne, Kingsport, Tenn; Rickey Osborne, and Randy Osborne, both of Hiltons, Va; sisters Linda Gibons, Church Hill, Tenn.; Teresa Olinger, Hiltons, Va; three grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren. A funeral ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages, with the Rev. Randy Stone officiating.
