Obituary of Paree W. Russell
RUSSELL, Paree Knoblock
Mrs. Paree Knoblock Russell, 90, of Ocala, went home to the Lord, on Sunday, July 4, 2010. She passed away at Sylvia's Hospice House in Ocala after a brief illness. Born in Louvale, Georgia, she moved to Ocala in 1937 after graduation from high school and met her future husband Victor R. Knoblock. They married in 1941. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Ocala for over 50 years, an Elder at First Presbyterian Church and a lifetime member of Presbyterian Women. Mrs. Russell was an avid gardener and took great pride in her collection of day lilies. Mrs. Russell also worked as a Realtor in Ocala many years ago. She is survived by her son Victor F. Knoblock (Suzanne), Ocklawaha; granddaughter Kimberly Morse (Derek), Jacksonville; grandson Jason Knoblock (Bess), Ocala; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands Victor R. Knoblock, and Rev. Robert B. Russell, her daughter Rinda Kaye Knoblock, two brothers and three sisters. Memorial services for Mrs. Russell will be held at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at First Presbyterian Church, 511 SE 3rd Street, Ocala, with Dr. Raymond Guterman and Rev. Darren Bess officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Marion County, PO Box 4860, Ocala, FL 34478.
