Obituary of Richard Neil Cashman

Richard "Dick" Cashman Richard "Dick" Cashman, 79, passed away July 13, 2010 in Leesburg, Fl. Mr. Cashman was born in Hartford, CT, to John F. and Mary E. Cashman. He graduated from Villanova University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree, and served in the US Army in Germany. Mr. Cashman retired from Cigna Insurance after 30 years as a Director of Field Properties. He enjoyed golf, reading, travel and spending time with his family. Dick was also an avid NY Giants and Boston Red Sox fan. He moved to Lady Lake in 1998 from Windsor, CT and then to Leesburg. Dick is survived by his wife, Diane DiPasquale, FL.; his sons R. Neil (wife Marianne) Cashman of Andover, MA., Edward "Ned" (wife Mary) Cashman of Suffield, CT, and Daniel (wife Justina) Cashman of Suffield, CT; his daughter Trisha (husband Kevin) Robinson of Falmouth, MA; and his nine grandchildren, Laura and Kevin Robinson, Jr., and Dylan, Ethan, Evan, Alyssa, Megan, Wyatt, and Samantha Cashman. Inurnment will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at a future date.
