Phillips, Charlotte Anne Spencer, 78 Charlotte Anne Spencer Phillips, 78, passed away July 21, 2010 at Diamond Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL. Mrs. Phillips was born in Baltimore, MD and moved to Ocala in 1997. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Dennis Phillips of Ocala, her son John Phillips and his wife Lisa of Savannah, GA, and three grandchildren, Jonathan, Josie, and Matthew.
