Obituary of Paul Edward Shively

Paul Edward Shively Born April 26, 1926 in Ocala, FL; died Aug. 1, 2010 in Ocala, FL. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1199; and was a member of the German-American Club of Marion County. He retired from Certified Grocers after 31years of employment. He was a member of Our Lady of The Springs Catholic Church. Additionally, he served our country with two tours of duty in the US Armed Forces; serving in the US Navy during WW II, and also in the US Army in Germany, and Italy. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Kathy; daughter, Susan F. Burns; sons, Paul R., and Karl S., all of Ocala, FL; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation Wed., Aug. 4th 5:PM - 8:PM, with Vigil Service 7:PM at HIERS-BAXLEY FUNERAL SERVICES, 352-629-7171. Funeral Mass Thu., Aug 5, 2010 10:30 AM Our Lady of The Springs Catholic Church. Interment at St. John's Cemetery, Cotton Plant, FL. Memorials may be given to Hospice Tuscany House.
