Obituary of Warren Lyblond Ketchum

KETCHUM, WARREN L. (BILL) Jefferson City, TN - Warren L. (Bill) Ketchum, age 89, formerly of Ocala, passed away on Friday, Aug. 6, 2010 in Jefferson City, TN. The youngest of seven children, born on Nov. 17, 1920 in Hartford, AL. A loving and dedicated husband and father, established the Park In Drive In Restaurant and before retiring, devoted 30 years of service to Publix. A Christian with strong beliefs, served as an usher at Trinity Baptist Church in Ocala. He was a third degree mason of Marion-Dunn Lodge #19 and a WWII Navy veteran. His kind and gentle spirit will be sadly missed but ever present in our hearts. Preceded in death by his wife Bernelle Ziegler Ketchum. Survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Gerald Oliver of Perry, FL, Donna and Bruce Davenport of Jefferson City, TN and Diane and Wayne Hyatt of Spartanburg, SC, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Monday, Aug. 9, 2010 from 2:30-3:30 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala.
