Obituary of Daniel Lanzl

LANZL, DANIEL GLENN, 59 Summerfield - Daniel Glenn Lanzl, beloved father of Justin Daniel and Jared Adam, and grandfather of Naudia, Lilly and Logan Lanzl, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2010 in Summerfield, FL. He was born September 12, 1950 in Ocala, FL to the late Peter Paul and Margaret Elizabeth (Prescott) Lanzl. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as an Equine Dentist. He enjoyed flying, fishing and being an outdoors man. He was greatly loved by his family and friends. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Peter Paul and Margaret Elizabeth Lanzl; sisters Janiece Becker and Stephanie Self; and brother Gerald S. Lanzl. He is survived by his sons, Justin Daniel Lanzl and wife Ellisha of Summerfield, FL; and Jared Adam Lanzl and wife Mary of Dunnellon, FL; Grandchildren, Naudia, Lilly and Logan Lanzl, of Summerfield, FL; sister Nadene Veltman of Las Vegas, NV; brother Gene Lanzl of Texas and many nieces, nephews and cousins. We will greatly miss him and he will always be in our hearts. A funeral service will be held at Pedro Baptist Church on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Ken Kelley officiating.
