Obituary of Paul Arthur Mott
THE VILLAGES — Paul A. Mott, 86, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010.
Mr. Mott was born in Hot Springs, Ark., and moved here in December 1989 from Wynnewood, Okla.
Mr. Mott was a retired meteorologist; of the Protestant faith; a U.S. Army Air Force World War II and Korea veteran; member of VFW Post 10126, American Legion Post 284, Sons of the Confederacy, honorary associate member of the Marion Dragoons Chapter 2311 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, Scottish American Society, and charter member of The Villages Homeowners Association.
Survivors include his wife, Sanda; daughter, Nanita, Port St. John; sister, Martha Hall, Hot Springs, Ark.; four grandchildren; two grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Oct. 11, in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, with full military honors.
