Obituary of Patricia Ellen Norman

Patricia E. "Patti" Norman, 83, of Ocala passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Sylvias Hospice House, Ocala. Born in Los Angeles, CA on September 20, 1927 she moved here in 1987 from Long Island, NY. She is a graduate of Empire College, NY with a Bachelors degree. For many years she worked as a kindergarten teacher at a Lutheran school in New York and also in Ocala, FL. She loved cooking, gardening, feeding animals and especially being with and caring for Jim. Patti is survived by her companion Jim Black of Ocala, her nieces Bobbi Jean Hamilton and Donnalee Dees, both of Ocala; sons Douglas of Indian Rocks Beach, FL, Stephen of Copiague Harbor, NY and James of Saylorsburg, PA. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 11:00AM at Christ The King Anglican Church of Ocala.
