Obituary of Richard L. Thomas

Richard L. Thomas, age 80, of Lady Lake (The Villages), FL passed away October 27, 2010. He was born in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Richard was a veteran of the US Air Force. He retired after 30 plus years as manager form IBM Corporation and move to Florida, in 1996. He enjoyed golf, bowling, and playing cards with friends. Survivors include Bobbie A. Thomas, wife, The Villages, FL; three sons Dan Thomas, Frisco, TX, Scott Thomas, Duxbury, Mass, Mike Thomas, Ledyard, CT; sister Marion, The Villages, FL and seven grandchildren. Funeral service will be 4:00 PM Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Service of The Villages. Visitation of family and friends will be from 2:00-4:00 PM, prior to the service. Cremation will follow, with inurnment in Wisconsin at a later date. Contributions may be made to St Jude's Children Research Hospital, Contributions, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
