Obituary of Faye Zugschwert

Faye Grantham Zugschwert, age 96, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2010 in Lilburn, GA. She was born on June 27, 1914 in Fort McCoy, FL. Faye attended Fort McCoy school until transferring to Anthony High School because Fort McCoy did offer all 12 grades. Before moving to Atlanta, GA in 1950 she was a member of First Baptist Church of Ocala and Order of the Eastern Star. Faye returned to Ocala from Atlanta in 1990 and was a Charter member of Downtown Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school until moving to Lilburn, GA 5 years ago. She is survived by a sister Mary Grantham Smith of Tallahassee, FL; daughter Carole Beusse of Lakemont, GA; daughter Nancy (Carl) Lieberman of Lilburn, GA; grandson Doby Beusse of Orlando, FL; granddaughter Laura (Jim) McCue of Clayton, GA; grandson Mark Lieberman of Lilburn, GA and granddaughter Laura Anne Lieberman of Lilburn, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband John E. Zugschwert and brothers James and Herbert Grantham. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2010, 11:00am at Fort McCoy Cemetery in Fort McCoy, FL.
