He was born in Odessa, FL was owner/operator of Smith's Food Store in Belleview. He was of Lutheran faith and a former member of the Lions Club. Mr. Smith is survived by his sons, William Dale Smith, Belleview; Kenneth Edward Smith, Osage Beach, MO and Joe Eric Smith, Clermont, FL; daughter, Joan Susan Carey, Newark, DE; 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
