Obituary of Irene H. Hawkins

Hawkins, Irene H., 89 Ocala - Irene H. Hawkins, 89, died November 9, 2010 at Avante of Ocala. She was born in Wilmington, NC, July 30, 1921 to Walter J. Henry and Mary McMillan. Mrs. Hawkins moved to Ocala from St. Petersburg in 1962. She was a retired secretary for First Christian Church in Ocala. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Warren G. Hawkins of Ocala. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Ruff of Ocala; son Michael W. Hawkins of Sarasota; grandchildren, Michael Alan Hawkins, Emily Ruff, and Kelsielynn Ruff; and great-grandchildren, Cole Anderson and Kennedy Hawkins. A memorial service will be held November 16, 2010 at 11:00 AM at First Christian Church, 1908 SE Ft. King with Rev. Rick Hull officiating.
