Obituary of Catherine E. Crews

THE VILLAGES — Catherine E. "Kay" Crews, 90, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010. Ms. Crews was born in Charleston, S.C., and moved to The Villages from Winter Haven in 2003. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church; and enjoyed crafts, sewing, knitting, ceramics and volunteering at churches and hospitals. Survivors include her son, Bill; daughter, June Cook; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, at Hope Lutheran Church in The Villages.
