Obituary of Rita Corea

Rita Marie Corea, 87, passed away November 17, 2010 at Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala, FL. She was born April 28, 1923 in Patton, Pennsylvania. She was a telephone operator in telecommunications. Rita moved to Ocala with her husband, Theodore, from Culpepper, VA in 1995. She was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Corea is survived by her loving husband Theodore Corea of Ocala; sons, Jerry Skurky of Park City, UT and Dean Skurky of San Diego, CA; Sisters, Frances Balon of Patton, PA, Peggy Cunningham of Hastings, PA, and Vincetta Pettorni of North Babylon, NY; brothers, Robert Pettorini of Patton, PA, George Pettorini of Ebensburg, PA, and Louis Pettorini of Toms River, NJ; 2 Grandchildren, Sara and David; Funeral Service will be Monday, November 22, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services - TimberRidge Chapel, 9695 SW 110th St., Ocala, with Dr. Raymond E. Waite officiating.
