Obituary of James A. McLean
James A. McLean, 80, of Horseshoe Beach, passed away Nov. 26, 2010 at home under the care of Haven Hospice. Born in Ponce de Leon, FL, he came to Horseshoe in 1996. He lived in Ocala for over 40 years working as a pulpwood logger. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and training dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Eloise S. McLean, children, Scott (Beth) McLean of Ocala, Danny (Kimberly) McLean of Parrish, grandchildren, Jordan, Trace, Candace, and Colt, brother, G.W. McLean, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be Sat. Dec 4, 2010 at 5:00 PM at the Cross City Church of God located at 216 271st Street SE. Visitation will be one hour prior the service.
