Obituary of William Moody Casteel

William "Bill" Casteel Born April 3, 1926 in Baltimore, MD; died December 2, 2010 in The Villages, FL. He served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Belleview, and Belleview American Legion. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Lena of Belleview, FL; son, Billy of Dunnellon, FL; daughter, Sharon (Ric) Schaefer of Ocala, FL; brothers, Rodney Casteel of Cumberland, MD, and Charles Offenbacker of Brooklyn, MD; seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren; including many friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Eugene; sisters, Mildred McClymont, and Elaine Young; brothers, Joe and Donny Casteel, Gilbert and George Offenbacker, and one grandson, Eugene Ray Casteel, Jr. Visitation Sunday, December 5, 2010 11:AM - 1:PM at HIERS BAXLEY FUNERAL SERVICES - Belleview, 352-245-2424 funeral service to follow at 1:PM.
