"Uncle Phil" is how I affectionately new him. He was the kind of person who always made you feel like you were part of his family. I probably spent as much time with him on the phone everyday learning about everyday life as I did working. I can still hear him say "I appreciate ya!" when he'd hang up...and I knew he ment it.
He had great insight about the important things in life. Especially, family. He often spoke of his own with the highest regard. Not only that, he was always doing something to help out in the community. I often asked myself when he was going to slow down and enjoy "life". I guess he didn't want to, because he couldn't get enough of it. He clearly cherished his family and friends. I was blessed to have know him....so from me to "Uncle Phil"...I thank you and "I appreciate ya" for being such a great friend and roll model.
His insights will continue to influence me all the days of my life.

I never met Phil in person but dealt with him through our business relationship. Phil was a wonderful and interesting person to talk to, we talked several times a day every day. I sure do miss his calls. My deepest sympathies go out to Miss Charlotte and his family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Ada Cardenas, Program Auto Liquidators.
