Obituary of Helen C. Bright

Helen C. Bright, age 88, of Cape Canaveral, FL passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2010. She was born in Lowell, MA on December 18, 1922. Before retirement, Mrs. Bright worked as a Head Cook in the Public School system. She was a Roman Catholic. Helen was an excellent seamstress and liked to knit. She was an avid reader. She was a regular blood donor at her local blood bank where she donated a total of 10 gallons. Mrs. Bright is survived by her daughter Carolyn M. Fuller of Montgomery, MA; son George A. Bright of Kendallville, IN; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years George H. Bright and daughter Linda Jo Bright. A funeral service will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 11am. She will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL beside her husband.
