Obituary of David Treloar

THE VILLAGES — David Strang Treloar, 66, died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011. Mr. Treloar was born in New Castle, Pa., and moved to The Villages from Volant, Pa., in 2008. He was a retired vice president/co-owner of Treloar & Heisel, Inc.; member of New Castle Country Club; Grove City Country Club; Elks; Kiwanis; Lawrence Club; and his hobbies were golf, RVing and boating. Survivors include his wife, Rosemary; sons David S. Treloar Jr., New Port Richey, Scott R. Shelton, Ocala, Timothy A. Treloar, New Castle; daughter, Kimberly A. Treloar, New Castle; sister, Joan Fehrs, The Villages; brother, Daniel H. Treloar Jr., Irwin, Pa.; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services of The Villages. Interment will follow. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
