Obituary of Robert Steiner

STEINER, ROBERT, 79 Ocala - Robert Steiner, 79, died at his residence on Sunday, January 16, 2011. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to this area in 1980. He built and repaired sea walls and was a member of the Moose Lodge for 40 years. He enjoyed fishing, boating and target shooting. Mr. Steiner is survived by his wife Lavina Steiner, daughter; Diana (Ray) Hammond; sons, John Steiner and Joe Steiner; sisters, Dolores Scott, Betty Hynes; grandchildren, Joseph Steiner, Jr., Brian Vanderlip, Branden Vanderlip, Jennifer Steiner, Jessica Steiner, Alex Hammond, Crystal Hammond and great-grandson, Dylan Steiner. Visitation will be held from 2 - 3 PM, Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 5946 SE Robinson Road, Belleview with services to follow at 3 PM with Bishop Barry Henson officiating.
