As the company pilot for years, It was my pleasure to share the aviation world with Michael. His generosity with the Wings of Dreams Aviation museum will not be forgotten. Michael was an avid fan of flying and enjoyed sharing his rich history as a pilot with me. He enjoyed learning about the advancements in technology with current designs such as the Twin Commander aircraft as well. We will miss his sense of Humor and caring for the WWII generation of heroes and preservation of our nations history. At least now, he is back as pilot in Command.

Natalie Anness (niece): Uncle Mike was a wonderful man who taught me the value of hard work. He loved his family with all his heart and worked hard to provide a good life for them. He was a caretaker who watched over those he loved. He was a good man that will be missed greatly! I love you Uncle Mike and know that you are home now and at peace.
