Obituary of Stephen Edward Nichols

NICHOLS, STEPHEN EDWARD Brunswick, GA - Stephen Edward Nichols, 44, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011. He was a native of Ocala and had moved to Brunswick one year ago. He was a printer for the Brunswick News. He was a member of the Church of the Springs and enjoyed golf, boating, skiing, playing his guitar, the outdoors and the Florida Gators football. He is survived by his wife, Ellie of Brunswick, his mother, Joyce (Vann) McKeithen of Ocala, his father, Ed (Judy) Nichols of Vero Beach, his daughters, Dawn Coomer of Ocala, Candice Thorn of Springfield, MO and Michelle Nichols of Brunswick, his stepson, Brandon (Haley) Randall, USMC, his brothers, Travis (Judy) Nichols and Mac (Ashlea) McKeithen both of Ocala, Ed (Angie) Nichols of Clermont and Chris Nichols of Nashville, TN, his sisters, Karen (Frank Ed) Grant, Angie (Mike) Stovall and Melanie (Tommy) McDonald all of Ocala, his eleven grandchildren and his mother and father in law, John and Elizabeth Verge of Ocala. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Anthony Cemetery.
