Obituary of Charles Robert Wolff

Ocala - Charles "Charley" Robert Wolff, 86, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2011 at West Marion Community Hospital. Born in Mt. Vernon, NY he moved to Ocala in December of 1981. He worked as a machinist for Bi-Lo Automotive Machine Shop. He served in the United States Army Air Force during World War II. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, VFW Post #4781, West Marion Moose Lodge #2356, Inverness Elks Lodge #2522, and Oak Run Veterans Association. His greatest love was his family. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Francine Wolff of Ocala; sons Wrick Wolff of Seattle, WA, Chuck Wolff (Diane) of Canton, MA, and Chris Wolff of Ocala; and 5 grandchildren Michael, Adam, Rebecca, Rachael, and Katherine. He was preceded in death by his daughter Barbara Torres. A visitation will be held from 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, March 18, 2011 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services - TimberRidge Chapel, 9695 SW 110th Street. A prayer service will be held during the visitation at 5:30 pm with Father Alex Panakal officiating.
