Obituary of George D. Graybill
George D. Graybill, age 91, of Ocala, FL passed away on Monday, March 21, 2011. He was born in Georgetown, OH on February 21, 1920. George was raised in Higginsport, OH. As a young man he worked at Wright Aeronautical in Cincinnati, OH as a supervisor making Radial Airplane Engines for Bombers. He joined the US Army and service during WWII having served with the 70th Division in France and Germany. After completing his military service he met and married Lorraine Tolliver. Together they raised one child. George worked as a Power Plant Electrician until his retirement. He moved to Ocala from Deland, FL in 1993. He was a Master Mason and member of the VFW. His hobbies included gardening, traveling and working around the house. He is survived by his son Mark D. (Susan) Graybill of Ocala, FL; 2 grandsons Jeremy and Brad; and 2 great grandchildren Tye and Jacey. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years Lorraine Tolliver Graybill who passed away on June 23, 2001. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Highland Memorial Park, 1515 NE 3rd Street, Ocala, FL on Friday, March 25, 2011 at 10am.
