Obituary of Raymond Y. Turgeon

Raymond Y. Turgeon, 75, Ocala, passed on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 in Ocala, FL. Born in Barton, Vermont on January 27, 1936, son to the late Archie and Dezilda (Rouleau) Turgeon, he came here from Manchester, NH in 2004. He served with the U.S. Army Engineers and was in Korea during 1957 - 1959. He worked as Assistant Service Manager with Dobles Chevrolet of Manchester, NH from 1968 until retiring in 2004. He was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed snow skiing and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee. Ray grew up on a farm and always had a love for animals: especially feeding his horses daily before reporting to work. He was also preceded in death by his first wife of 33 years; Laura Turgeon and siblings Bert and Bertha. Ray is survived by his Loving wife of 16 years, Nancy Turgeon, Ocala, children: Tamara Brunnock (Sean), Lakeland, FL; Sharon Lefavor (Erik), Raymond, NH and Todd Turgeon, Boston, MA., Step-Children: Laurie Williams, Farmington, NH and Dale Raymond (Nikki), Rochester, NH., 8 Grandchildren, 1 Great Granddaughter, 8 Siblings: Roland, Roger, Gilbert, Mary, Lorraine, Gerald, Normand and Anita and many nieces and nephews.
