THE VILLAGES — Barbara Evelyn Collins, 67, died Friday, April 15, 2011.
Ms. Collins was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to The Villages from Wilmington, Del. She was an executive secretary and a Christian.
Survivors include her son, Christopher, Tampa; and companion, John Dougherty, The Villages.
