Obituary of Dolores Patricia Copper

SUMMERFIELD — Dolores "Pat" Copper, 76, died Saturday, April 23, 2011. Mrs. Copper was born in Baltimore, Md., and moved to Summerfield from Catonsville, Md., in 1995. She was a retired data processing supervisor and program analyst with the state of Maryland for more than 25 years; a Catholic by faith; member of the Dance Club of Spruce Creek South; and her hobbies were dancing and ceramics. Survivors include her husband, Daniel A.; son, Donald G., Chicago, Ill.; brothers Charles Zimmerman Jr. and Paul N. Zimmerman, both of Pasadena, Md. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 6, at Spruce Creek South Community Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Parkinson Foundation, Inc., 1501 NW 9th Ave., Bob Hope Road, Miami, FL 33136. Arrangements are by Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services-The Villages.
