Born September 15, 1909 in Ashley, Michigan, he served the Lord as a Pastor for over 80 years. His mission in life was to be a blessing to others. Every day he succeeded by touching the lives of each and every person that he came into contact with. Mr. Drummond will be lovingly remembered and so deeply missed by his closest friend and caretaker of 22 years Caroline Carpenter. He also requested that his part time home health aide of the past year Christina Baird of Belleview, Florida be acknowledged for her love and compassion; he cared deeply for her as well. He will be fondly remembered by the congregation of Calvary Community Church in Summerfield, Florida as well as the countless number of people throughout our community whose lives he has touched. A simple act of kindness or giving of yourself to another is something that he will be remembered by. As he stated many times "We cannot hold a torch to light another's path without lighting our own." Arrangements under the care of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Belleview.
