Dear Dad,
Today is one year since your passing. A lot has happen in a year . I lost two important people in my life and you and Rene I can say for sure that I miss and love you both so much. Mom is doing okay still looks for you. I miss talking with you and seeing you sitting in lobby waiting for us. I hope your at peace and say hello to Rene for me. I miss you and love you. Kathy

Dear Dad,
Your funeral is now over and it was beautiful. The VA,S contibute to you was very touching and great honor to you.I know it was very difficult for you then and through out your life. I can now say you WON THE WAR .I know you remember our trip out west in the motor home. Custers Last Stand, Dead Wood City, Aspen we had a great time and we always made sure we stopped for happy hour for you. I was always there for you in your time of need and you were there for me good times and bad times, even when I crashed your car you were not even angry at me. You said to me its okay honey it can be fixed, you always made me feel better. There are so many of those times that I shared with you. I am going to miss you alot. When I go to see Mom I still look for you and miss you sitting in the lobby. I love you very much and will cherrish the time I had with you.. So until we meet again.

MAY 11, 2011. IT HAS TAKEN ME THIS LONG TO SHARE MY THOUGHTS WITH EVERYONE. YOU WERE A VERY HAPPY, FRIENDLY PERSON WHO ALL OF US COULD COUNT ON NO MATTER WHERE WE WERE.. WHEN I NEEDED A CAR YOU FOUND ME ONE INFACT YOU FOUND ME THREE.IN ALL MY YRS.WHEN THEY BROKE DOWN YOU WERE AT MY HOUSE TO FIX THEM . IF SOMETHING WAS BROKEN IN THE HOUSE WHO DID I CALL " DAD" AND HE CAME NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THATS THE KIND OF FATHER I HAD...
WHEN I MOVED TO THE DUPLEX IN FT. LAUDERDALE YOU CAME BY EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT TO SAY HI AND SEE IF I WAS ALRIGHT. YOU WERE ALWAYS THERE FOR ME AND I LOVED YOU FOR THIS. WE HAD SUCH GREAT TALKS. .
