Obituary of Larry David Strieter

THE VILLAGES — Larry David Strieter, 57, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Mr. Strieter was born in Saginaw, Mich., and moved to The Villages from Bay City, Mich. He was a construction laborer; of the Lutheran faith; member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary; fishing club; U.S. Navy and Coast Guard Auxiliary. Survivors include his sister, Linda Rivard; brother, David, Bay City; and guardian, Jerome Joncas, Summerfield. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages. Arrangements are by Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services-The Villages.
