Beaubien, Beverly Elaine Beverly Elaine Beaubien, 67 of Ocala, Florida, died June 5, 2011. She was born to Harold R. Cowles and Bonnie Jean Weiss-Cowles, July 4, 1943 in Tampa, Florida. Beverly is survived by her husband of 19 years, Gerald Beaubien; Daughter, Denise Beckwith (Dan) of Flowery Branch, GA; Son, Joseph Metzger of Roswell, GA; Step-children Sheryl Beaubien of Hudson, FL and Scott Beaubien (Sara) of Houston, TX; Mother, Bonnie Jean Weiss of Waldport, OR; Sister, Karolyn Paulik (Chuck) of Waldport, OR; Brother, Gerald Cowles of Portland, OR; 3 Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild. Beverly was a veteran of the U.S. Army. She was crowned Miss Army in 1962, runner up Miss California. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Social Work. Beverly loved spending time with her husband and children. She enjoyed the outdoors and hiking, the beach and boating. She also liked to read and was a writer. A Memorial Service to honor the life of Beverly will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 9695 SW 110th Street, Ocala, FL.
