Obituary of Raymond Kerber Gauss

Gauss, Raymond Kerber Raymond Kerber Gauss passed away on June 6, 2011. Ray was born on January 26, 1945 to Beau and Edna Gauss. After graduating from Stanahan High School in 1963, Ray joined the Army, training in field communications. In 1969, Ray left the military and began a career in communications. Ray's career path allowed him the opportunity of traveling outside the US to places such as Morocco, Germany, England, Japan and Okinawa. Ray retired in 2007, settling in the community of Marion Landing, Ocala, FL. He is survived by his cousins Bill (Nancy) Taylor, Betty Kerber, and Katie (Tommy) Studer, and Aunt Pat Kerber. A memorial is scheduled for September 24, 2011 at 9:00 AM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 S.E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala.
