I remember the hospitality I received in her's and Bill's Home when I went down for Spring Break during college. I remember her fantastic tomato salad. her warm humour about the alligators they shared the pond with. Her beloved paddle boat we took a spin in. Uncle Bill making me homesick by snoring like my Dad, his brother Dick, in his easy chair!

I remember Aunt Nina with a lot of love. I will always love her. She cared about all of us, equally. Always willing to reach out to all members of our family! I dearly appreciate her, and Uncle BIll for that. I strife to emulate her giving nature, but I'm sure will not equal it. I do love Ann Jane Wetzler, she is my Mom, no matter what. I do love Jill Valerie Wetzler (Hauk), she is my sister, no matter what. I do love Richard David Wetzler, he is my father, no matter what. I do care and love my family, no matter what.
Your niece, Janine.

My sweet Mom,
I miss you. No more morning calls, No more cards with special notes. No more smiles and hugs. However I have many wonderful memories and Wetzler family tradition to continue.
You had a loved for the Ocean. I always made time to take you there. I remember watching both a sunrise (in Florida) and sunset (in California). Here is a picture on one. You requested to have some of your ashes spread in the Ocean. I will do my best to spread some of you in all the Oceans during my travels.
Please remember my Mom and say hello when you visit the Ocean and especially if you see a sunset! Love you Mom
Your son Jimmy

Dear Mom,
Just days ago you and I were outside by the pool sipping coffee & tea enjoying one of our lovely little chats. I had recently returned from getting Russell settled in his new apartment and was filling you in on the details when in the middle of our conversation you looked at me with those baby blues of yours, smiled and said in a nurturing tone "Rose is emotional over her son moving away." You hit the nail on the head as you so often do. I asked you how it was for you when Jimmy left home for California; you replied, "I cried my eyes out as he drove away!" That day your son left to begin his own life adventure; lucky for me we found each other and I was blessed with a wonderful, kind loving man and a wonderful kind loving family who welcomed me with open arms!
Your faith in God, your strength, your gentleness, your love and devotion to family, your innate nature to care and nurture, your kindness, your candor, your strong will, "Nina logic", Mo juice, sauce with bones—all that is you is why I love you so much. You are and always will be an inspiration to me. I feel fortunate to call you mom and I hold you dear in my heart. I love you and miss you. "YOU ARE A REAL GEM!!!"
XOXOXO
Rose

My sweet Aunt Nina who was so mush more than a Aunt to me. On family trips a Card game buddy when everyone else was busy. A friend I could tell my thoughts too and get helpful advice from. A woman who loved and held her God and family dear. She always made sure there was plenty to eat and lot's of Colored Water to drink.. On car trips and boat rides, or floating in the pool having a little chat, she filled every memory with sunshine, warmth, and caring. I am sad that you have gone Aunt Nina, but know you are watching over us all from Heaven above. Until we meet again. Love you, Andrea

As a wife I couldn't have asked for a better friend or mother-in-law. After I had lost my mom, there was part of me that I never thought could be filled again. But your warm and loving ways filled my heart and I felt loved like one of your own children. I will miss you deeply and will always hold you in that special place where I hold my mom. Thank you for giving me your love and for your son who loves me as much as i love him.
You always loved angels, and now you're singing in their choir.
Love always,
Debbie

I am writing this to a special person, the one who used to take the bubbles out of my gingerale when I was sick, the one who fixed my wounded knee, the one who held me when I felt bad, and the one who smiled when I was glad. I am writing this to you mom because you meant the world to me and the world should know that. I miss you already and I'll miss you always. You will never leave my heart and you will always be in my mind. Be at peace, go with God, and know that your son can never forget you and never wants to.
Your youngest son, your baby, Andrew.

Cousin Nina... shine on. Bring your smile to our KIng. I will remember you always with a smile... your smile was one I used to look forward to. I can still hear you laugh as you laugh now with our Lord. You were a strong capable nurse so whisper in my ear when I flounder doing simple nursing tasks. When we meet again you will be with my mom and I will see you both running to me. Take care of my kids that have gone before you. Jeff, Cody, and Matthew. And when it is Hopes time... come gently with my mom for her. thanks for forming me well as I grew up. Yu filled us all with love and of that I and my many many children are eternally grateful.
