My beautiful meme! I'm going to miss you so much. Thank you for always letting me know how proud you were of me, It meant so much to me when you told me I had fulfilled your dreams of becoming a nurse. Even though you are gone I know in my heart that you will continue to guide me. I love you meme.

Aunt Patsy was my fairy godmother. She was the closest family I had outside of my parents and I simply adored her from the moment I was born. As I child I remember her as magical - she always had a little sercey for me - a new sticker or a piece of bubble gum. The magic didn't fade as I grew older - and I think I just appreciated it more. The crosses on my forehead before I went to sleep, or an egg cracked on it Easter morning - each was a ritual and a blessing. I hope I can carry her sunshine spirit with me forever.

Pat was such a dear sweet woman. She participated in the first Emmaus Retreat for Women at St. Mark's Parish. While we are sad to lose her here in our earthly dwelling place, we rejoice for her and celebrate her faith in the Risen Lord.
May His Peace be hers.
With love from her Emmaus Sister, Michele Rumplasch
