Obituary of Larry V. Swanson

THE VILLAGES, FL-Swanson, Larry, 69, formerly of Kansas City, KS, passed away on October 22, 2011. Larry was born September 22, 1942 in West Point, Nebraska. Mr. Swanson was a member of the Fairway Christian Church, the Polo group, the Segway Club, Central State Club, and Paul's Paddler's Pickball Club. He also enjoyed wood carving and collecting guns. Larry was the owner of a manufacturing plant, but he was also an entrepreneur of many trades. Mr. Swanson was a very successful business man, a mentor to many, and was very focused on meeting his goals in life. He is survived by his wife Gail, The Villages, FL; son, Larry, Spring Hill, KS; daughter, Sharese Moser, Pittsburg, KS; brother, Van Swanson, The Villages, FL; and 7 grandchildren.
