Obituary of Mary Theresa McDermott

Mary Theresa McDermott, 70, of Ocala, FL, formerly of Clearwater, FL, passed on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Ocala, FL. Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 23, 1941, daughter to the late John and Alice (Serral) Austin she moved here from Clearwater earlier this year. She had a great love for her animals and enjoyed being with her grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband William J. McDermott on January 5, 2011. Mary is survived by her daughters: Deborah Pedersen (Dennis) of Bellvue, CO and Jennifer Madden (Matthew) of Ocala: 7 grandchildren: brother Stephen Austin of Dunedin, FL. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 12:00PM (Noon) at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Ocala.
