Obituary of Francis William Henderson

Francis William "Bill" Henderson Born November 20, 1933 in Norwell, MA; died November 18, 2011 in Ocala, FL. Retired from US Air Force, Francis served our country in Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of the Honor Guard of VFW Post 8083, Belleview, FL. As a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Belleview, FL, Francis was a 10 year choir member, ministered to the sick and was an active member of the Legion of Mary. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family. Francis was born to Lawrence William Henderson and Anna Coit Henderson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years, Patricia Bailey Henderson; two brothers, Lawrence Henderson and David Coit Henderson; children, Neil Henderson, Donna Henderson, Daniel Henderson, and Brenda Henderson; five grandchildren, Seth, Shea, Kassie, Emily and Amanda; and one great-grandson, Quinn. Proceeded in death by his children's mother, Barbara Ellen Plantz Henderson. Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 23, 2011 beginning at 4:00 PM with the memorial service at 6:00 PM at HIERS-BAXLEY FUNERAL SERVICES - Belleview, 352-245-2424.
