Obituary of Eva Dell Shook

Eva Dell Shook, 74, passed away November 21, 2011 at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Shook was born in Lakeland, Georgia. She was a retired secretary for the Department of Corrections in Lowell, FL and worked for Munroe Regional Medical Center for many years. She was the secretary for the Senior Group at Oakcrest Baptist Church. Mrs. Shook leaves behind two nephews, Walter (Theresa) Frisby, Jr. and Robert (Robin) Frisby; a brother-in-law, Walter Frisby, Sr.; one great niece, Gabby Frisby; and four great nephews, James, Jacob, Joshua and Matt. She was predeceased by her husband, Joe Shook, on March 11, 1985. A memorial service will be held at Oakcrest Baptist Church, 1109 NE 28th St., Ocala 34470 on Sunday, November 27th at 2:30PM with Rev. William D. Terrell officiating. Inurnment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oakcrest Baptist Church, Music and Youth Department.
