Obituary of Sherman Ninburg
THE VILLAGES — Sherman Ninburg, 80, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011.
Mr. Ninburg was born in Newark, N.J., and came to The Villages in 2009 from Yorba Linda, Calif.
He was a retired owner-operator of Southland Ambulance Service; was a member of Temple Beth Emet, Anaheim, Calif., and Temple Shalom, Oxford; was a member of the Long Beach Hangar of Quiet Birdman; a private pilot license holder for 50 years; and served in the Marine Corps.
Survivors include wife, Rose, The Villages; son, David, Little Rock, Ark.; daughter, Stacey Ninburg-Taylor, Yorba Linda, Calif.; brothers Leon, The Villages, and Daniel, Mexico; and one grandson.
At the family's request, no services will be held.
