Obituary of Dolores Sasser

Dolorès Côté Sasser, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, November 25, 2011 in Ocala, FL. A concert pianist by avocation, she was a certified Medical Transcriptionist prior to her retirement. A daughter of the late Joseph S. and Blanche A. (Lavoie) Côté, she was the last of 8 children and she was born in Lowell, MA. on March 2, 1945. Dolores was a graduate of St. Joseph's Elementary School and Lowell High School. She was an active parishioner of Blessed Trinity Parish in Ocala. Beside her loving husband, Douglas, Mrs. Sasser, is survived by her brothers, Bro. Augustin A. Côté, O.M.I. of Lowell; J. Paul A. Côté (USAF-Ret) and his wife, Mary Jo of Macon; Albert V. Côté and his wife, Barbara of Lowell; Jean L. Côté and his wife Charlene of Townsend, MA; a sister-in-law Constance Côté of Lowell and many nieces and nephews. Dolores was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank R. Côté (1990); George R. Côté (1993); and an infant sister, Marie (1944). .
