Obituary of Inez Lamb Martin

Inez Martin , 61 of Chiefland, passed away her home with her family by her side on Dec. 1, 2011. Born in Dixie County she has spent her life in the Tri County area. She worked as a clerk in convenient sores and also in the restaurants as a waitress. Mrs. Martin was a member of Union Baptist Church in Newberry. She enjoyed working in her yard and garden, sewing and reading. She is survived by her husband, George E. Martin, of Chiefland, sons, George Edward (Rebecca)Martin, J r of Trenton, John Franklin Walker, of Chiefland, sisters Eunice Martin, Lonnie Mae Sears, Carol Elliott, brothers F. J. Lamb, Benny Lamb, Henry Lamb, Michael Lamb, Harold Lamb, Billy Ray Lamb and 3 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Mon. Dec. 5th, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Union Baptist Church in Newberry with Pastor Travis Moody officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be Sun.
