Obituary of Gloria Bischoff

Obituary - Gloria Bischoff Gloria Bischoff went home to be with her Maker on Saturday, December 3, 2011, after a lengthy illness. She passed peacefully in her home surrounded by her family. Born in Miami, Gloria spent many years in New York and returned to Florida in 1969. After retiring from a 25-year career with the Marion County Health Department, Gloria turned her time and talents to the growth of her church, St. Mark's United Methodist Church. She is survived by her older sister, her two daughters, her son, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her twin brother, and her grandson. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 1839 N.E. 8th Road, Ocala, Florida, 34470. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gloria's memory to her beloved St. Mark's.
