Debbie and I are cousins. I attended Debbie and Alex's wedding in 1986. My husband, son, and I visited with them in 1986 while vacationing in Florida. Alex had a true gift for encouraging students and a love of sports. Even though we did not know Alex well, he has been a part of our extended family for many years. We send our condolences to his family at this difficult time. Susan, Ed, and Allen Assaid
