Obituary of Dorothy Helen Zapasnik

Dorothy Helen Zapasnik, 99, of Belleview, Florida, passed away May 2, 2024 at the Grace Davis Hall Hospice House in Ocala. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Zapasnik on November 3, 2011. Her sister, Ada Pornovets of South Plainfield, New Jersey, also pre-deceased her. She is survived by her son, Bill Albert, Jr. and his wife, Bobbi; a graddaughter, Melissa Vitale and her husband, Josh; grandson, Billy Albert III and his wife, Michelle. She also leaves 4 great grandchildren, Bella, Brinkly, Ryan and Jacoby. Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family, painting, and many crafts. She also liked eating out, mostly at Cal’s Place. A memorial service will take place at Hiers Baxley Funeral Services, 5946 SE Robinson Road in Belleview on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida, alongside her husband, Edward.
